ACE Auto (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a division of Ayres Capital Enterprises LTD., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through aceauto.co and when you email us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Who is responsible for your information

2. Information we collect
- When you email us. The site has no forms. If you email contact@aceauto.co, we keep your message, your contact details and the details of the car you are looking for, so we can reply and carry out the search.
- When you visit the site. Our web host keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request. Our analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you (see section 5).
We do not sell anything through this site, take payments here, run accounts, or send a newsletter.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and to search for the car you ask us to find.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
We do not add you to a mailing list. If we ever want to send you marketing email, we will ask for your express consent first, as Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requires.
4. Service providers
We share personal information only with the providers we need to run the site and reply to you. We do not sell your personal information.

We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies. Our analytics (Umami) is cookieless: it does not track you across other websites and gives us only aggregate statistics. For that reason there is no cookie banner; this section is our disclosure.
6. How long we keep your information
- Emails and search details: kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, and for as long as we are working for you.
- Records of a completed engagement: kept as required for accounting and tax purposes.
- Analytics: kept in aggregate, non-identifying form.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Where your information is processed
Some of our providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws and accessible to local authorities. We take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection.
8. Your rights under PIPEDA
You have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for your personal information, and to ask questions about our practices. To exercise these rights, email contact@aceauto.co. We respond within the timeframes required by PIPEDA (generally within 30 days) and may verify your identity first. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption and access controls on our accounts. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
10. Children’s privacy
Our site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact contact@aceauto.co and we will delete it.
11. Links to other websites
Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last revised, and changes are posted on this page.
